In that case, you can contact the owner of the property so they can put a stop to the situation.<\/p>\n<p>If the tenants keep disturbing the neighbours, the owner can terminate the contract, as this is one of the grounds set out in the Spanish Urban Tenancy Act (LAU) for ending a tenancy agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>Solutions for noisy neighbours<\/h2>\n<p>What matters is that you resolve it peacefully or at least within the law, and that you don't start a personal war or use violence, as this can have serious legal consequences.<\/p>\n<p>Many people who have experienced noisy neighbours decided long ago to live in a house and never again in a flat in a residents' community, even if that means moving to less central areas or outside the city.<\/p>\n<p>Houses give their residents an independence and peace that make them the most sought-after properties on the market. Many people dream of a house with its own land where they can spend their free time, with a garden, a vegetable plot or a pool.<\/p>\n<p>Others prefer to stay in the city or central neighbourhoods but look for top-floor flats or buildings with few neighbours.<\/p>\n<p>Some people even meet the neighbours in the building before deciding to buy, and may rule out a home even if it meets all their requirements.<\/p>\n<p>For these people, what matters is peace at home, and they never want to go through the experience of not being able to relax even in their own home
