The cadastral value is an administrative value objectively set for each real estate property and which results from the application of the valuation criteria included in the Report of Values of the corresponding municipality.

In general, the cadastral value of the properties may not exceed the market value. For this purpose, a ministerial order has set a market reference coefficient of 0.5 at the time of approval and entry into force of the report.
